We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations may occur. For certified refurbished devices, the condition grade assigned to each item is clearly stated on the product listing and reflects our honest assessment.
All devices sold by Callivo Ltd are genuine products sourced from authorised distributors and manufacturers. We do not sell counterfeit or grey-market goods.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards. Callivo Ltd does not store payment card details — all transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming your order details. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract between you and Callivo Ltd is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email confirming that your order has been shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch, for example in the event of a pricing error or stock unavailability, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

You have the right to cancel your order and return your item within 30 days of receipt under our returns policy. Items must be returned in their original condition. All products sold by Callivo Ltd come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects and hardware faults arising under normal use. This warranty does not cover:
